- Description
- I’ve made several reports about the neighbors at 4503 Quicksilver Blvd. They previously left dogs outside in freezing and extreme heat conditions (note + 311 complaint filed). Last night all three dogs escaped; I sheltered one overnight and returned it this morning. Since then, a puppy has been crying outside nonstop—it’s now midnight. This is an animal care and noise complaint.
