Vegetation Maintenance - Close SR. Summary: Pond Flag 704 Details: *Pond Flag 704:* This pond is mowed four times annually and was last mowed on January 29, 2026. It is on the schedule to be mowed again in April. The wood fences along the pond are owned by the residents. The chain link fence that surrounds the remainder of the pond is owned by the City. The residents are responsible for their own fences. When I called the customer today 3/30/26-- he asked for someone who could speak Spanish. I asked Rafael Herrera to speak with him. Rafael said that he would go and investigate and speak with the customer. .
