- Neighbor's dog is left outside in yard all day by herself, and keeps getting loose. On Tuesday, she broke through our fence in two locations. Today, she apparently escaped again -- we opened the door of our house and she immediately ran inside and tried to attack our cats. We finally restrained her, but neighbor refuses to come home and take care of her. We need to leave soon but don't want to leave her alone in the yard. Can someone pick her up asap? Neighbor can't take care of her properly
