Contacted Resident- Close SR. 04/06/26-Provider email update - Please see the information related to the below complaint. Our records indicate the customer's service was disconnected on March 30, 2026, due to an outstanding balance of $384.22. The full balance was paid later that same day, at which time a reconnect order was generated. Service was successfully reconnected on March 31, 2026. Prior to the disconnection, the customer was properly notified through multiple channels. A disconnection notice was mailed to the service address on file. In addition, the customer received two courtesy disconnection reminder phone calls and one text message sent to 713 458 0598 before service was interrupted. The customer had previously been enrolled in automatic payments via debit or credit card. The most recent successful payment was processed on October 10, 2025. Subsequent automatic withdrawal attempts in November 2025, December 2025, January 2026, February 2026, and March 2026 were unsuccessful due to the payment card on file being expired. Maintaining current payment information is the responsibility of the customer. On March 30, 2026, the customer updated their automatic payment information. This update will take effect with the next billing statement dated April 7, 2026. To help prevent similar situations in the future, we recommend that customers periodically review their accounts to confirm payments are being processed successfully and that payment information remains up to date.
