View Obstruction and Fencing at Intersection

Description

There are frequent (recently, multiple times a week) car crashes at the intersection of Caswell Ave. and 45th St., mostly during rush hour (4-6pm). Caswell Ave. is a popular street because it’s the only non-cul-de-sac northbound street between Red River and Duval, which have lights and can get backed up. Both houses on the southern side of the intersection have fences out to the street and trees that make it difficult to see oncoming traffic. A warning sign, light, or other change is needed.
