- We have reported this issue many times for over 5 years. water keeps channeling through our front property every time it rains. We’ve made many are now having issues with our foundation because this hasn’t been resolved. There is absolutely no side walk and is also a ADA violation!

The sidewalk, curb/ gutter, and street are all needing repair to stop ponding in the cul-de-sac. Sidewalk is sinking along with the curb and gutter. Asphalt has been placed on the curb/ gutter previously. Inspector states that even with a level-up the water would still pond due to the height of the crown in the cul-de-sac. Inspector called resident with no answer, COMM Group has been set to the South District work-log for managerial review.
