- Over the last couple of days, I have observed malfunctioning of the railroad crossings arms twice at 51st and Airport and three times at MLK and Alexander. Each time, the arms lower for the train, then raise after the train passes, then immediately lower again for up to a minute, but no train passes. Eventually, the arms raise again.
