Traffic Signal - Modification

Completed. Requesting one or both the following: (1) Installation of pedestrian crosswalks on both sides of Bowie St crossing 5th St (2) Re-timing of pedestrian crosswalk/stoplight to eliminate 5 second head start on pedestrian crosswalk crossing 5th St prior to green light; cars driving north or south on Bowie St cannot turn in the direction of the pedestrian crosswalk and therefore the 5 second head start is unnecessary. The intersection at Bowie St crossing 6th St turns the stoplight green and the crosswalk walk signal at the same time; intersection at Bowie St crossing 5th St should be aligned.
