- Request for Traffic Study on Old Cedar Ln. The study in 2023 used data from the slightly sloped, uphill portion of Old Cedar Ln, which resulted in an inaccurate assessment of vehicle speeds. The average speed of westbound (uphill) traffic was found to be higher (and in excess of the 35mph speed limit) than the eastbound (downhill) direction due to poor speed sensor placement. Old Cedar traffic has increased due to the opening of the Foxfield subdivision which provides access to Metric.
