- Speed management request for Oak Springs Drive between Springdale road and Airport Blvd. I have lived at 3502 Oak Springs Drive since 2011 and have seen one incident after another related to speeding. The most recent was a few weeks ago when I heard a car going fast and I was in the front yard. I saw a couple with a baby stroller dive off the sidewalk towards a neighbor's front yard in fear of the car losing control next to the middle of street crosswalk island that was recently installed.
