- This is for the streetlight(s) on the southside of Mayall Trail, across the street from the Cascades at Onion Creek apartments (2213 Cascades Ave). The streetlights, specifically the ones directly facing building 8, shine towards the apartments instead of solely at the ground. Can the angle of light be adjusted so that the light is not hitting the apartment building but directly towards the ground only? Thank you
