- Animal protection/ injured/ sick animal. About 1pm there were two dogs tied up under a drainage pipe near 12217 N IH 35 with no owner nearby. The pitbull was attacking a black and white boxer. They were both tied up and tangled up inside the sewer pipe. Called 911 while the attack was happening. Returned home about 5:30pm and saw the homeless woman with the injured boxer standing on tech ridge blvd (where it meets IH 35) in the median in front of QT gas station.
