- Is this a fire code violation? My office neighbor has taken to some independent parking management tactics and it’s resulting in chaos in our shared alley as fed ex trucks and presumably emergency vehicles cannot access the urgent care or direct access to seton. From my understanding you can’t block parking ingress egress into an alley

Area Inspected - Issue Resolved - Close SR. Site visit finds no violations. The temporary grabber cones are placed on private property and probably to deter drivers from use the private parking lot as a "cut through". If emergency vehicles need access, they should have no problem accessing the property. Nothing further at this time.
