Description

I am reporting an active Environmental and Tree Ordinance violation at 1905 E 22nd St. There is a backhoe currently clearing the lot and impacting tree root zones. The Environmental Inspection 2026-011750 EV is still OPEN and has not passed. There is no orange tree protection fencing and no silt fencing installed. They are using heavy machinery to clear the lot before their pre-construction inspections are complete. Please send an Environmental Inspector immediately.
