- Woodland approaching 311 has a stop sign preventing a right turn even though the oncoming Lane is turn only so driver should never need to Wait for the oncoming cars since the oncoming college have to turn and the lane is clear. This is disrupting traffic flow for no reason. Perhaps the turn only name could be made more clear with a barrier or some cones
