Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Monitored intersection timing and live camera feed and saw that the southbound direction vehicle detection is malfunctioning. Escalated the service request to our vehicle detection maintenance team to troubleshoot repairs. Confirmed that the southbound direction comes up every cycle.
