Description

Traffic light timing issue. Recorded at 9:58 PM. The traffic light for the plaza turns green for about 3 seconds before turning red. People started running the red lights. Been waiting for 5 minutes now as of writing and signal still red. Don’t know if it’s not detecting cars, all cars were piled in left turn lane and the signal wasn’t changing. As soon as I went into the straight lane the signal changed.
