Description

Full bass shaking our windows once again.. It is frustrating to have you tell them to turn the volume down as they will just ignore the ordinance completely. They need to be fined each and every time they break the law. Continuing to make note of every time the ordinance is not adhered to as it affects our ability to work and sleep.
