Description

I can hear the clubs on 4th and Colorado playing party in the USA in my apt. I’m getting sick of this it’s everyday and there’s so many compalints on 311 yet the city does nothing. You need to fix the acceptable noise limits it’s getting out of control when so many people are calling it out
