City laid down new asphalt—nice job; but NOW crew is blowing debris—sand, gravel & small rocks from the street toward the curb & into residents’ yards & driveways, some still piled on curb;the blower is unable to blow it higher, due to the volume of debris—left over from scraping the road prior to resurfacing.
