Description

The Shalimar apartments are becoming a problem. People are tweaking on drugs and walking in neighbors yards and screaming at night time. One guy keeps coming into my parking lot to scream. There is also a lot of trash and mattresses blocking the sidewalks on North Loop. Someone there also has a German Shepard they don’t put on a leash and neighbors have spoken about feeling unsafe. At least please get the trash and beds and homeless people off of the street right there. The trash at the least.
