Description

Loose Dogs (2). 8210 Avocet Drive. Cav. King Charles(?) or similar. Happened around 6:22PM. Woman (presumed owner, HS exemption) opens door for girl near front door, dogs run out to greet girl, see me and my dogs, rush after us. My dogs and I got backed up into the street, one keeps at us so I sprayed it with pepper gel in order to create distance. HAVE BODYCAM FOOTAGE TO BACK THIS UP. PLEASE REACH OUT AND EDUCATE. Btwn this and the strays, I'm tired of being scared to walk in my neighborhood.
