Loose dog. Again. This is my fourth time to report her. Here is a timeline: Mid-Feb: In yard, no collar. 2/26: In yard, with collar. Called the owner, he came and got her. Didn’t report. Have photo. 3/1: Attacked my cat in my yard and almost killed her. Called owner, he came and got her. I didn’t report. Emergency vet and regular vet fees totaled $1950.
