- The Skyview Rain Garden was mowed down today 4/17/2026. This rain garden is in place to encourage slower run off into Waller Creek. City workers have mowed the entire garden multiple times already this year disrupting the growth of native plants. Please stop mowing this garden until later in the year. If this is not the right service request please let me know so I can contact the right department about this issue.
