Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Signal Engineer observed the intersection through CCTV footage. Left turn protection was warranted for this intersection and along the rest of Riverside Drive due to crash, speed and geometry concerns. In order to maintain driver expectancy, and corridor consistency, we are keeping left turn protection for this signal. Thank you.
