Traffic Signal - Maintenance

Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing reports. The Intersection was temporarily in emergency vehicle preemption; this signal operation supports emergency vehicle mobility across the City. While in preemption, the signal may cycle outside its standard operating range to service a vehicle. This can result in phases being temporarily suspended or not serviced to accommodate the vehicle. Once the vehicle passed through the intersection, normal operations resumed. This process may incur additional delay. Intersection is now cycling as expected. Will continue to monitor operations.
