- Hi, tonight the power went out in University Hills near 183/290. Multiple streets, street lights, etc. the power was off for more than an hour. Apparently, this was was due to a snake on utility pole 284931, according to Austin Energy. Please let me know the location of this pole. I’ve also submitted a public information request for this event. TY!
