Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. 04/29/2026 12:15pm A Traffic Signal Specialist adjusted the audio configuration of each pushbutton to reflect identical settings: Locate Tone Max: 30% (15% Min) Walk Volume Max: 55% (30% Min) Info Message Volume Max: 60% (40% Min) The volume of the messages over the ambient noise is set to +5dB. The volume of the locate tone over the ambient noise is set to +2.5dB. Applied latest firmware updates to iCCU and all pushbuttons. While on site, the Technicians verified that the pushbuttons were inaudible from a distance of 80 or more (results may vary due to time of day/traffic). During the time of the testing, traffic was heavy.
