A lot of grass debris has accumulated in the retention pond near Neenah Ave and Iveans way crossing. The clippings are matting on the surface, creating risks for drainage clogs, foul odors, and toxic algae growth. Please investigate this potential City Code 10-5-42 violation and help clear the debris and protect local water quality and neighborhood drainage. Thank you!
