- off leash dog on Rainey St trailhead lawn. 1 minute after I took that photo, that dog came running over to my dog. I am sick and tired of the inaction of the city regarding this issue. Last week I filed a police report for an off leash dog jumping on my dog in that area and a neighbor as well for circling her and her dogs. This area is unsafe to walk the dog anymore.
