- Persistent low-frequency bass from The Loading Dock event venue is clearly audible and physically felt inside my home. The bass continues well past 2 AM and is currently ongoing at 4:30 AM. Even with all doors and windows closed, the vibrations penetrate the structure and have made it impossible to sleep. This is a recurring issue, not an isolated incident, with amplified events regularly extending into early morning hours far beyond Austin’s permitted nighttime sound limits.
