Attempt Contact - Left Message - Close SR. Left voicemail informing the caller that if the cat was abandoned by a previous dorm resident, and if they are the landlord or part of dorm management, they can contact 311 and request to be connected to Animal Protection or non-emergency APD. I reiterated that the dorm address must be located within Travis County to receive assistance. If the address is outside of Travis County, I advised the caller to contact their local animal services or police department within their jurisdiction. If this is a community cat living around the dorms and the address is within Travis County, the caller may bring the cat in for our Spay neuter release intake, Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at 7201 Levander Loop. The cat must be in a carrier or SNR trap, and the caller must present a valid ID.
