Future Work Scheduled - Close SR. Summary: Met Oak Grove Apts. Property Manager onsite 5/6/26 to discuss drainage issue. Details: Met Oak Grove Apartments Property Manager onsite 10:35am Wed 5/6/26. We discussed upstream drainage entering Oak Grove Apts. from common property line near their dumpsters, flowing east to curb, overwhelming the curb and possibly affecting the ground floor apartments. Inspected upstream detention pond - noted violations. Notice of Violation sent to Tree Apartments for detention pond. Coordinating with Field Operations on drainage issues. .
