Evaluated/Addressed Issue - Close SR. After reviewing site plans from 2017, the switchback that was installed as part of Urban East Apartments was part of the approved design. While this is not how ATPW would construct a sidewalk, there is no recourse at this time given city staff approved the design. At this time, there are no plans to address the sidewalk issue given limited funding. This issue has been brought to ATPW leadership to help ensure future developments do not include such designs.
