- There is a dead tree in my neighbors yard, 4500 Mount Vernon Drive, Austin, TX. Dead limbs fall in my yard after rains and wind. This time it wrenched my fence and could have seriously hurt anyone underneath. It may one day completely fall and damage the house. Please make the owner remove it.
