- Currently, the high volume of vehicles attempting to turn left is exceeding the capacity of the single dedicated left-turn lane, leading to significant congestion and hazardous driving behaviors. Primary Concerns: • Traffic Congestion: During peak hours, the left-turn queue consistently overflows into the through-traffic lanes, creating a bottleneck. • Illegal Maneuvers: Due to the long wait times, motorists frequently use the middle "through" lane to make illegal left turns.

Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Increased green time to help with movement of traffic to help alleviate congestion and avoid illegal maneuvers, Will continue to observe and monitor. While the City of Austin operates the traffic signal, the rest of the intersection is maintained by TXDOT. Please contact TXDOT with inquires about lane adjustments. Thank you.
