High-speed downhill traffic, limited visibility from the bridge wall, LASA-related congestion, and on-street parking create unsafe conditions for vehicles and pedestrians accessing the Boggy Creek Greenbelt and Walnut Creek Trail trailhead. A crossing point further east would improve safety and access.
