Contact Made - Close SR. Job#35975 - - - Spoke with the caller, they have found a dog that is habitually loose that has shown up again. This is a complex and they are stating the dog is injured, but that there is an owner. I educated on contact APD to get a report so we can follow up with APD cruelty as well as reaching out to the shelter tomorrow, but providing a case number if they speak with APD. JTM - Made Contact.
