Future Work Scheduled - Close SR. Summary: Details: On 5/18/2026 I visited the site and found the site to be dry; however, the trash rack is silted-in and there is some sediment that should be removed from the inlet dissipators. I cannot confirm whether there is still leaf debris clogging one inlet, which is the subject of a maintenance work order that I will amend, as I only have photos from above the inlet, not in it. My recollection is that the leaf debris is not there and has been blown out by heavy rains, as there is an abundance of leaf debris in the basin in other areas. The outlet, which is remote from the site, was found to be free and flowing. Upping work order priority to 3. JNB.
