Rough pavement issue found at the intersection of Parmer ln and Avery Ranch and this area belongs to TXDOT, seems like few potholes had been temporary repaired before at this intersection ,3-1-1 please reroute this work order to TXDOT for follow up investigation - pics in attachments .
