Evaluated/Addressed Issue - Close SR. After reviewing engineering plans, flex post placement is consistent with design. The flex posts were placed here to prevent DPS vehicles from continuously using bike lane as a turn lane. While the space is constrained, the height of the flex posts is below handlebars on a bike.
