- Noticeable, progressing dip in curb/gutter pan. Worsened significantly over the past year. Location Context: Directly adjacent to a wastewater cleanout lid and water meter box. Fire hydrant sits across the street. Recent Work: Google Fiber was microtrenched along this exact asphalt seam in Fall 2024. Concerned there may be a utility line issue or subgrade settling undermining the roadway. Please see attached profile photos showing the sag and nearby lids. Thank you.
