Refer to APD - Close SR. Received multiple complaints for Luna Bar (120 W 5th). Conducted extended investigation of Luna and surrounding open and operating venues. It was established that heavy bass music was being amplified by Speakeasy (412 Congress Ave) from their rooftop bar area. This venue is addressed for sound enforcement matters by the Austin Police Department. Please refer to that agency for follow up and further investigation.
