STAYED ON SITE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES TO VERIFY LEVELS REMAINED. VERIFIED VENUE ENDED BEFORE CUTOFF TIME. INSPECTION OCCURED WITHIN ONE HOUR OF COMPLAINT.
