Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Monitored signal live timing and video feed and saw signal operating correctly. Checked historical timing and saw that the signal encountered emergency vehicle preemption mode. This mode elongated the green for MLK Blvd so that an emergency vehicle could pass through the intersection to respond to an incident. Signal was able to return to normal programming once the emergency vehicle cleared the intersection.
