- Submitted a ticket about this last month, and it was closed yet nothing has changed. Algae continues to grow. The smell has gotten worse, especially with the heat. We can barely walk around the pond at night due to bugs. Also, there have been tons of baby frogs. We live near the pond and have noticed more mosquitoes than the previous 3 years we have lived here. Can we please have someone drain this pond? It’s standing water in what should be a “bio filtration” pond.
