Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Monitored intersection timing and live timing values and saw that the westbound vehicle detection needed adjustment for sensitivity of picking up cars. Adjusted signal programming to lock in the vehicle call for the westbound approach as well to ensure that the signal serves the vehicle in case the vehicle detection call dropped when the vehicle is still present.
