Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Monitored intersection timing and saw that the northbound direction was being called for its max time at all times of the day. This would make it so that in the overnight period, the signal uses its full time and delays transitioning to North Loop based off of vehicle demand. Adjusted video vehicle detection and signal programming to ensure that the signal serves based off vehicle demand. Will continue to monitor signal operations to see if any other adjustments are needed.
