Description

I selected “Long Wait Time,” however, there is the signal given to walk never appears. Most people wait until there is a turning-only signal for cross traffic and no vehicles coming to go even though the button has been pressed and there has been a full cycle of the light patterns. So, that’s all to say that there is no clear signal to cross the pedestrian path.
