Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. After adjusting the video detection sensitivity for the northbound through and left, I observed the intersection using live timing reports and video feeds. During the observation period the northbound left turn placed calls and received phase time during the cycle when vehicle demand was present. We will continue to monitor the intersection and make adjustments as needed. Thank you.
